A beautiful way of expressing the experience! And you are so right that the tripartite division of sand, sea and sky does wonders for the soul.

Perhaps it's something about the vastness of the sky and ocean as well as the ever-changing shades of mood they exhibit. We catch a glimpse of infinity or eternity that otherwise eludes us in the busyness of daily life.

Having had my second day in a row of good enough weather to stay on
the beach, it's pretty clear I had my reset button pushed...

The tripartite division of sand/sea/sky does wonders for the soul...

Well, that statement can't go without an emphatic nod. Beautiful way to say it.
I've been too long gone from the shore.
