		<description>It often seems you&#039;re speaking directly to me Richard. I&#039;m sure you don&#039;t intend it, but I appreciate it nonetheless. I&#039;ve run up against this challenge so many times I&#039;ve lost count. Often times, I make a choice that reduces the heat (anxiety/uncertainty/fear) quickly, but suffer the long-term discomfort of settling. No good. </description>
