		<description>I love the analogy Richard. So many of today&#039;s messages suggest impatience. And hint at the inferiority of those who&#039;ve not yet arrived. It makes it hard to endure, at times, for sure. But the promise this idea of ripening holds is strong, the inevitability of it. I like that very much.</description>
